AHA Ranks #2 in Client Satisfaction
At Advanced Healthcare Administration (AHA), we don’t measure success by numbers alone. But when those numbers reflect how our clients feel in our care, they matter to us deeply.
We are honored to share that AHA ranked second in overall client satisfaction in our industry, according to the Q1 2025 PEER Report. More than that, we exceeded both peer and industry averages in multiple categories, with scores that highlight the trust and connection we work hard to build.
Score Highlights:
Our overall satisfaction rating came in at 4.7 out of 5, significantly higher than the peer average of 4.55 and above the industry average of 4.67.
Clients rated their interactions with staff at 4.69, right in line with the top industry standard, and higher than our peer group average.
Ratings for our facilities came in at 4.8, higher than both the peer group and industry average.
For safety, AHA scored a 4.81, the highest in our comparison group, and significantly higher than the peer group average of 4.52 and industry average of 4.67.
Our goal is to ensure that those who turn to us feel safe accessing housing information, are treated with respect while navigating the complex systems, and are listened to and supported by our team without judgment.
We’re proud that our core values are reflected in our actions, and that our commitment to those we serve is seen every day.
But numbers only tell part of the story. That’s why we pay close attention to written feedback, too. In Q1, nearly 58% of open-text responses were positive, but what stood out even more was the tone. The most common type of comment we received wasn’t praise or criticism, it was a suggestion.
That distinction is important. Suggestions show that people aren’t just reacting to their experience, they’re invested in helping us improve it. They see us as a partner. And for us, that’s the most meaningful kind of feedback we can receive.
We also saw that 26.3% of written comments raised concerns. We take those seriously. They help us uncover what’s not working, ask better questions, and make real-time adjustments to how we show up. Because in this work, trust is built in layers, and we’re committed to protecting it.
So what does all this mean moving forward?
It means we’re listening closely and using your feedback to guide real changes in the way we operate.
We’re proud of the rankings, but we’re even more proud of what they represent: a community that trusts us enough to speak up, offer ideas, and challenge us to raise our standards.
Thank you for showing us where we’re strong and where we can grow. We’re building something better, and we’re grateful to do it alongside you.
